Items are magazine and news clippings written about a Mason, Texas resident named Gene Zesch. Mr, Zesch is a nationally recognized artist. He works in the medium of wood, creating sculpture of people of West Texas.
Items are mostly family scrapbook material with some correspondence, funeral quest sign books, financial records, and two diaries of Elizabeth McKeown Zickefoose. These materials attempt to give only a small part of Mrs. Zickefooses life story. Mrs. Zickefoose is the daughter of Frank M. McKeown, an armless baseball player. and ranch activities of the Zimmerman family. Most are financial
records with tax papers, accounting information, soil conservation
efforts, legal records concerning mineral rights and estate settlements,
