Steve and his family were at Pine Butte in August of 1997 to celebrate Steve and Connie’s 25th anniversary. Carol Guthrie came to dinner one night. This book was inscribed almost exactly 50 years after the following Big Sky was inscribed, both in Chateau. Carol is A.B.'s wife, and the Guthries lived by Pine Butte for years. Contains ephemera of photos of sign at Pine Butte whose text Guthrie wrote.

Peter put a conservation easement on Rochelle Planation, outside of Georgetown, South Carolina, on the Miles Brewton House in Charleston, and the smaller house next door, and on Peter’s X-X Ranch in Sheraton, WY. This is also a much longer story.
